This is a summary of ODSL rules. Referees should be aware of the actual rules available from ODSL. In the case of any discrepancy between what is listed below and what ODSL publishes, the ODSL rules shall prevail.
ODSL MODIFICATIONS TO THE LAWS
Teams (players and coaches) on one side, fans on the opposite.
LAW 2 - THE BALL: Size 4 for U12 and younger
LAW 3 - THE NUMBER OF PLAYERS: Player passes must be checked prior to the start of the match. The only exception to this rule is if a team forgets to bring their passes. Under this condition the team may have until the end of the match to produce the player passes.
A team may have a fifteen-minute grace period to meet the player minimum. When the minimum has been reached the match should begin.

Substitutions. Substitutions shall be unlimited with permission of the referee at the following times:
- Prior to a throw-in by the team in possession. However, the opposing team may also sub if the substitutes are ready to enter at the halfway line.
- Prior to a goal kick by either team
- After a goal
- At half-time
- For a player who has been cautioned; or
- At a stoppage for an injured player; either team may substitute
LAW 4 - PLAYERS' EQUIPMENT: Players' jerseys must be tucked in
LAW 7 - DURATION OF THE MATCH:
- U16 - 80 minutes
- U15 - 80 minutes
- U14 - 70 minutes
- U13 - 70 minutes
- U12 - 70 minutes
- U11 - 70 minutes
- U10 - 60 minutes
- U09 - 60 minutes
